* General Conditions of Sale
The following paragraphs explain the operation of the H2O SURFSHOP online store and its conditions of sale. This is an e-commerce site dedicated to the national and international sale of surf, bodyboard, skateboard and other products.
* Types of Client
H2O SURFSHOP has three types of groups predefined: Visitor (Everyone without a Client account or unauthenticated Client), Non Registered Client (Everyone who made an order through the checkout as a Guest) and Client (Everyone that created an account at this website).
All items from the H2O SURFSHOP online store have the sales price with VAT included at the legal current rate and does not include shipping costs. Outside the European Union, customs´ fees may have to be charged, which are not the responsibility of the H2O SURFSHOP online store. Promotions are items with lower price marked (discounts up to 70%) and last until the date indicated on one of the Sliders at our website.
H2O SURFSHOP is reserved with the right of changing prices at any time, however will always be apllied the price indicated on the site at the time of the client´s request. H2O SURFSHOP is reserved with the right to modify the information and commercial offer presented on: products, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
To order, you must use the button next to the respective item to place it in the shopping cart, then you can change the quantities and other features and check it out according to the instructions.
* Payment Method
You can choose the following payment methods: Bank Transfer and Paypal.
When choosing bank transfer, the order will only be considered valid after sending the payment proof (whether by email from the bank, scan or digital photograph of the proof ticket).
Orders that are not paid within 48h will be cancelled.
* Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped through Correios de Portugal (CTT).
For domestic shipments: Registered Mail by hand. The customer will receive an email with the tracking number of the order placed to locate it and ensure its receipt.
For international shipments: Air Mail.
* Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are at least €3.95 and have a maximum value of 12,00€, depending on the weight of the items. (Prices valid in Mainland Portugal)
* Delivery times
In Mainland Portugal, registered shipments generally take two or three business days to be delivered.
For foreigners, delivery times are usually not more than one week (Europe) or two (rest of the world).
* Exchanges and returns
H2O Surfshop will only refund returns or exchange items that are in the original, mint condition and complete with all original packaging, any accessories, manuals or tags and sent to us within 14 days of order arrival. All products are covered by the warranty against manufacturing defect of the respective manufacturers. Cases of overuse, misuse, which have exceeded the warranty period or that are not manufacturing defects are not covered by the warranty.
Boards: any crease, bubble, ungluing (caused by excessive heat), tearing, denting (caused by falls), are not covered by the trademark warranty.
Neoprene suits: tears or ungluing (caused by incorrect or excessive use) are not covered by the trademark warranty.
Clothing and footwear: H2O SURFSHOP is not responsible for damage caused by washing or misuse.
To initialize the warranty terms, you should contact H2O SURFSHOP and provide the document number as well as a detailed description of the defect of the purchased product. The shipping costs (of the purchase) will not be returned and the shipping costs (of the return) are on the client´s behalf. The product must be shipped in an appropriate packaging along with the proof of purchase and detailed description of the defect. Upon receipt of the product, H2O SURFSHOP will contact its brand/manufacturer to evaluate the defect of the product to subsequently fix or exchange it.
Exchanges or returns of Bikinis, Socks, Boxers, Earplugs whose packaging has been opened, with the exception of defective products, are not accepted.
* Complaints and Conflicts
The Online Complaints Book aims to modernize and simplify the process of filing and monitoring complaints, which until now could only be done through the Complaints Book in physical format.
